The system of dual vocational education and training pursuant to the BBiG/HwO is reliant on company employees carrying out training tasks. But how do the employees in question end up performing such a role? A questionnaire for employees involved in delivering training conducted as a follow-up to the 2024 Labour Force Survey looks for answers to this question which has so far been little explored.
