Against the backdrop of the increasing digitalisation of the world of work, company-based training personnel are continually confronted by new challenges. In this context, digital media offers a potential means of fast communication of information and strategies for action. Video films are also increasingly being used for this. Taking the trainer portal foraus.de as an example, the article addresses the increasing dissemination and potential of info films for the qualification of training personnel.
Vor dem Hintergrund der zunehmenden Digitalisierung der Berufswelt sieht sich das betriebliche Ausbildungspersonal stetig mit neuen Anforderungen konfrontiert. Hier bieten digitale Medien Potenziale zur schnellen Vermittlung von Informationen und Handlungsstrategien. Zunehmend werden dabei auch Videofilme eingesetzt. Am Beispiel des Ausbilderportals foraus.de thematisiert der Beitrag die wachsende Verbreitung und das Potenzial von Erklärfilmen zur Qualifizierung des Ausbildungspersonals.
Im Dienstleistungssektor sind in den vergangenen Jahren deutliche Zuwächse bei den Arbeitsplätzen zu verzeichnen, die sich jedoch nicht im Angebot an Ausbildungsplätzen widerspiegeln. Ein Forschungsprojekt des BIBB will dazu beitragen, alle Chancen für die Erweiterung des Ausbildungsplatzangebots im Dienstleistungsbereich auszunutzen. Zentrales Ziel ist festzustellen, wie es gelingen kann, in den neuen unternehmensbezogenen Dienstleistungsbereichen Betriebe für die Ausbildung zu gewinnen und die Ausbildungsbereitschaft bereits ausbildender Betriebe zu erhöhen. Des weiteren soll untersucht werden, welche Perspektiven für die Etablierung einer systematischen beruflichen Qualifizierung, wie sie das duale System der Berufsausbildung leistet, in diesen Branchen bereits bestehen oder entwickelt werden können. Ausgewählt wurden die Dienstleistungsbereiche Informations- und Kommunikationswirtschaft; Multimedia, Film; Call Center; Wirtschafts- und Unternehmensberatungen; Messe- und Veranstaltungstechnik; Handwerksbetriebe der Informationselektronik. Bisher liegen Ergebnisse aus Expertengesprächen und einer ersten Umfrage bei den Referenzbetrieben des BIBB vor, die der Beitrag vorstellt.
