Integrierte, die gesamte betriebliche Ablauforganisation umfassende Qualitätssicherungs-Systeme finden zunehmend Einzug auch in Klein- und Mittelbetriebe. Das erfordert neue Qualifikationen auf seiten der Mitarbeiter: Ein qualitätsbewusstes Arbeitsverhalten wird zu einer Schlüsselqualifikation der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung. Der Beitrag stellt das Modellvorhaben "Integrative Qualifikationen für integrierte Qualitätssicherungs-Systeme" vor, in dem Qualifikationen für qualitätssichernde Handlungskompetenzen auf der Mitarbeiterebene entwickelt und in betriebsbezogene Weiterbildungsstrategien umgesetzt werden. Der Modellversuch wurde im Frühjahr 1994 vom Durchführungsträger, der Universität Bremen - Kooperationsbereich Universität/Arbeitskammer, unter fachlicher Betreuung des Bundesinstituts für Berufsbildung begonnen. Er umfasst eine betriebliche Schwachstellen- und Qualifikationsdefizitanalyse, die exemplarische Entwicklung von Qualifizierungsmodulen für verschiedene Arbeitsbereiche und ihre Anwendung, Erprobung und Evaluation sowie den Transfer in andere Klein- und Mittelbetriebe.
